1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using the oke5 platform ("Platform") available at oke5.cam ("Website"), you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the oke5 Platform. oke5 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and oke5 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement. The oke5 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older, in accordance with Republic Act No. 9287 and applicable PAGCOR regulations governing online gambling in the Philippines. Registration by any person under the age of 21 is expressly prohibited.

2.2 Geographic Restriction. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. Accessing oke5 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited is done at the User's own risk and liability. oke5 reserves the right to restrict access from any jurisdiction at its sole discretion.

2.3 Account Registration. To access the full features of the oke5 Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine contact details. You represent and warrant that all registration information provided is truthful and accurate.

2.4 One Account Per Person. Each individual may only maintain one registered account on the oke5 Platform. Operating multiple accounts, whether directly or through third parties, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited.

2.5 Identity Verification. oke5 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage of registration or prior to processing withdrawals. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3. Account Responsibility

3.1 Credentials Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your oke5 login username and password. All activities conducted through your account are your sole responsibility, whether or not you authorized such activity.

3.2 Unauthorized Access. You must notify oke5 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. oke5 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to your notification to us.

3.3 Account Non-Transferability. Your oke5 account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, gift, transfer, or assign your account or any rights therein to any third party.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. oke5 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. All transactions must originate from accounts registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Transactions. Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are specified in the Platform's banking section and may be updated from time to time without prior notice. oke5 reserves the right to impose maximum transaction limits at its discretion.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days subject to identity verification requirements. oke5 reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC procedures or internal fraud reviews.

4.4 Currency. All transactions on the oke5 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are the sole responsibility of the User.

4.5 Source of Funds. By depositing funds on the oke5 Platform, you represent and warrant that all funds deposited are from legitimate sources, are not proceeds of crime, and are not being used in connection with any money laundering activity under Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) and its amendments.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 Eligibility. Promotional offers on oke5, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and loyalty rewards, are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer. These Terms apply generally; individual promotion terms take precedence for offer-specific requirements.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus credits are subject to wagering requirements prior to withdrawal. Standard wagering requirements are disclosed at the time the bonus is offered and may vary by promotion type.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. oke5 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or promotional winnings if oke5 determines, in its sole and reasonable judgment, that a User has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing qualifying bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, or exploiting technical errors.

5.4 Promotion Validity. All promotions are valid for the period stated in their individual terms. oke5 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1 Random Number Generation. All casino games offered on the oke5 Platform utilize certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that are regularly audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness and statistical integrity.

6.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or system failure affecting a game outcome, oke5 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to the respective player accounts. A malfunction voids all pays and plays.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules. All sports betting is subject to the specific rules published in the sportsbook section of the Platform. oke5 reserves the right to void bets where a clear pricing or information error has occurred.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the oke5 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or exploit game mechanics;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or sports betting markets;
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, technical glitches, or pricing errors for financial gain;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software;
• Registering multiple accounts or acting as a proxy registrant for a third party;
• Accessing the Platform in jurisdictions where such access is prohibited by applicable law.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Ownership. All content on the oke5 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, trademarks, logos, and audio-visual materials, are the exclusive property of oke5 or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

8.2 Limited License. oke5 grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

8.3 Restrictions. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the oke5 Platform without express prior written consent from oke5.

9. Responsible Gaming

oke5 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We recognize that while gaming is an enjoyable form of entertainment for the majority of players, it can cause harm when it becomes compulsive or out of control.

10.2 Disclaimer. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, oke5 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10.3 Maximum Liability. In no event shall oke5's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform exceed the total deposits made to your account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Termination of Accounts

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your oke5 account at any time by contacting our support team. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course subject to verification requirements.

11.2 Termination by oke5. oke5 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice if it determines that: (a) you have breached any provision of these Terms; (b) fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity has been detected; (c) continued operation of the account poses a risk to oke5 or other Players; or (d) required by applicable law or regulatory authority.

11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any bonus or promotional balances will be forfeited. Real money balances, net of any amounts legitimately owed to oke5, will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

12. Amendments to These Terms

oke5 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the oke5 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the oke5 Platform shall first be submitted to oke5's customer support team for informal resolution. If the matter cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

13.3 PAGCOR Compliance. oke5 operates in compliance with the regulations and directives of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through their official channels.
